Contract terms vary by room type — either 2 weeks or 1 month. Discounts also vary depending on the length of the contract.

The deposit must be transferred to a Korean bank account. Rent can be paid by card or bank transfer. If you need a receipt for a bank transfer, please let us know in advance — otherwise, it won’t be issued.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after payment. Make sure to confirm your decision carefully.

Re-contracting is possible on a monthly basis. The extension application period may vary depending on whether you are a new or existing tenant.

[Extension Application]

- For a 1-month contract, the decision to extend should be communicated 2-3 weeks before the contract expiration date.

- For contracts of 2 months or more, the decision to extend should be communicated 3-4 weeks before the contract expiration date.

If the extension application is not submitted or rejected, the existing tenant loses priority for extension, and recruitment of new tenants will be conducted. Re-contracting is carried out with mutual agreement between the manager and the existing tenant.

※ Existing tenants with less than 1 month remaining until their move-out date must open the space for a tour for prospective new tenants.

If you wish to check out before the contract expiration date due to personal circumstances, you will be required to pay the penalty for terminating the promotional benefits, as well as an additional penalty of one month's rent.
